Floyd Webb, of Blacknuss Network/Blacknuss.tv in Chicago and Deborah DeSnoo of Plugin Productions in Tokyo have started pre-production on a documentary about the making of the award winning 1959 film, Kiku to Isamu by director Tadashi Imai and starring Takahashi Emi and George Okunoyama.
